All of our staff have been trained thoroughly about data security and data breaches. We also have a Data Breach Response Plan in place, which outlines the processes and remedies available in case of a data breach.

Pursuant to the Act, we are required to notify you and the Australian Information Commissioner if we suspect that a data breach (relating to your Personal Information) has occurred and there is real risk of serious harm to you as a result of the breach.
